The 2025 annual Neighborhood Spring Clean-Up Day
and BBQ was held on Saturday, April 5th.
A big Thank You to the SBIA Board Members for their coordination and implementation of the clean-up. Thank you to Jose, the work crew, and all the neighbors who helped spruce up the neighborhood. Sore muscles and sore backs, but well worth the effort!
Donations were accepted to help pay for additional hired labor to help clean up and weed our common areas.

Following the hard work of volunteers, an afternoon BBQ was enjoyed by volunteers and those unable to volunteer. Thank you Angelynn Bostrom for photos of the clean-up day and BBQ.
