The purpose of the Sunset Beach Improvement Association (SBIA) is to make reasonable efforts to maintain the common areas of the community of Sunset Beach, Watsonville, California. Our efforts include, but are not limited to, the community roads through the neighborhood, the emergency access roadway to Shell Road, the pathway and the stairs to the beach. Also, it is our goal to encourage, and where possible, facilitate cooperation and communication with residents as may seem necessary for the responsibilities of the SBIA and to contribute to the betterment of the community.
